Bus: you can take bus 50 towards Rotterdam. Get off at Meijersplein Station and switch onto the E tram towards The Hague. Get off at the Laan van NOI stop and hotel will be just a seven-minute walk away.

A Masterclass is a limited-entry, intensive 90 minute session that goes into more practical depth on a given topic.
Masterclass registration requires a separate booking and fee.
Keynote presentations are 45 minutes in duration, and are held in the main room for the entire audience. They are usually on the most critical and engaging topics of the conference.
Track sessions are 25 minutes in duration, and explore particular case studies, research, or practical experiences on the given topic. The conference will also feature a panel discussion, with multiple speakers on stage.
All session types will allow for Q+A, time permitting.
Speaker’s presentations will be available a few days after the event from all of the Speakers who give us permission to share their slide deck.
The Exhibition Area will open at the same time as the registration starts. First day he registration starts from 8.00 am, second day from 8.00 am.

Substitution is allowed by providing written notice is given to The HR Congress, not later than 2 working days before the event.
Otherwise, all registrations carry a 50% cancellation liability of the contract value immediately after an authorized registration form has been received by us.
Any cancellation received in less than 10 working days before the event carries 50% payment liability.
Alternatively, the registered delegate can be replaced by someone else and this information has to be provided in advance. The final option is to receive a Credit Voucher with the amount of the Congress ticket that has been purchased by the client. This voucher can be used within 1 year for future conferences organized by The HR Congress.
